After the initial discussion, we invite you onsite to get to know Säterinportti and its services and show you the premises that best serve your company’s needs. Show us the green light and we prepare a written offer for leasing the premises.
After agreeing on the general terms of the lease, our architect prepares a layout in which your concept evolves into walls and workstations. Once the lease is signed, the plans are finalized, the schedule for the renovations is specified and a date for moving in can be set in your calendar. Not long after you will get to move into your new office, made specially for you.

A right to park in one of the garages on the campus costs 90 € per month per car.
Electric vehicles can be charged in 60 charging points across the campus. Visitors can park their cars conveniently outside the main entrance or in a garage. The parking operator is Aimo Park.
All tenants pay a monthly premium that gives them access to the Comfort Zone and other amenities. The premium is charged per square metre of leased office space and allows every member of the staff the free use of the gym and game area.
Wonderland's occupants may use the restaurants, beauty and wellness services and buy a membership to the gym. They also get a discounted price for booking the meeting rooms.
